For this I used my “Best Gluten Free” bread recipe which you can find here. The only substitution I made was about 1/3 cup pumpkin instead of the nut butter. Plus I added some cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. I have to say it turned out fantastic! Not too sweet and delicately pumpkin-y. Perfect for the Fall with a hot cup of apple cider: )
