Elevensies: Leftover Spaghetti Squash
Lunch: Salad with olives, salami, sundried tomatoes and sprouts
Snack: Gf Df Chocolate Chips
Dinner: Mixed Nuts and Turkey with a Pear
So far today has been mediocre. Can’t say I feel fabulous but I don’t really feel bad, I’ve been really hungry today and have upped my water intake.
